We ship all over the world on a daily basis and you can view our shipping charges prior to checkout. We make purpose-built tri-wall cardboard boxes to protect your work in transit. Please allow 14 days for framing and packaging. Once the work is ready we will contact you to organise a convenient delivery date.
Free UK Shipping
We are delighted to be able to offer free delivery on most pictures to any address within the UK. Ceramics, sculpture and books are shipped at cost.
Returns & Refunds
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase once you receive it please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange return and refund.
Import & Duties
Please be advised that for countries outside the UK, there may be taxes, fees or other charges that you will be expected to pay. These charges vary from country to country and we are unable to determine in advance what they might be.
Free Framing
We are delighted to be able to offer free framing on most artworks to our online customers. We have always felt that when you buy a picture from us you should be able to put it straight on your wall when you receive it and not have to find a local framer.
Our experienced framers will select a frame to compliment your work, using conservation quality archival materials, including conservation-grade, acid free mount, European and American mouldings, using wood from sustainable forests and cast Perspex glazing. If you have any specific framing requirements please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your options.
