Sometimes the word 'gallery' simply isn't enough. Yes, it's the core of a business dedicated to the best in painting, printmaking, sculpture and ceramics. But here the books turn into paintings, the paintings turn into films. Watch our short film to find out a bit more about us and what we do.

Schiele , born in 1890 in Tulln, Austria, is recognized as one of the world’s greatest Expressionist artists. He began drawing as a child and in 1906, at the age of sixteen, enrolled at the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts. In 1907 Schiele sought out Gustav Klimt. Klimt generously mentored younger artists, and he took a particular interest in the gifted young Schiele, buying his drawings and introducing him to patrons.
By 1909 Schiele began to develop his own highly distinctive style, characterised by an aggressive, linear energy expressing strong intensity and emotion. He died aged 28 in the influenza epidemic of 1918. Though his career was cut short it was highly prolific, resulting in more than 3,000 works on paper and approximately 300 paintings.
